Develop new guidance, tools, models and working methods to make supervision more effective. Evaluation through supervision and enforcement in reality. WP3 More knowledge and new working tools to manage contaminated sites in spatial planning for all participating countries: a building potential model, handbook and planning-examples that guide towards a more eco efficient planning of contaminated sites. WP4 Information strategies for each participant, good practices, tools and practical guidance of communication about soil contamination and its' risks (=risk communication RC) are developed.
