The goal of the “Ce4Re” project is to promote the implementation of circular economy principles in the restaurant industry in the Central Baltic region by developing joint solutions and sharing knowledge among experts and restaurant representatives from Finland, Sweden, and Latvia. The project addresses issues such as excessive resource consumption, waste generation, and the increase in CO2 emissions by promoting sustainable practices and innovation in the industry.<\/p>\n
