The mission of the Estonian University of Life Sciences is to guarantee sustainable use of natural resources and enhance rural development.

Priorities for international cooperation

The Estonian University of Life Sciences is the centre of research and development in such fields as agriculture, forestry, animal science, veterinary science, rural life and economy, food science and environmentally friendly technologies. The aim of co-operation networks is to represent the shared interests of their members and to serve as forums for exchanging ideas on matters related to higher education and research. Co-operation networks also facilitate the search for new partners and strengthen academic and cultural ties between universities. The networks function as a channel for efficient communication and foster the exchange of researchers, teaching staff and students.
