On 15 and 16 January 2025, the Interreg Europe Policy Learning Platform and the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodship are organising a policy learning event in Olsztyn, Poland, to assess the social and economic impact on Europe’s bordering regions with Russia.
Altogether, more than 60 local, regional, national and European representatives from all affected countries (Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Norway) will attend the event for an in-depth exchange process moderated and facilitated by Interreg Europe Policy Learning Platform.
Representatives from the European Commission, different European programmes for regional cooperation, and the World Bank will also participate in the interregional exchange process to discuss the need for adapted and enhanced policy interventions.
