Objectives

Involve public administration institutions, municipalities, and social service providers in social and healthcare sectors in the development of unified legal regulations, as well as develop basic requirements and standards—such as ergonomics, open communication, usability, etc.—for ICT tools and assistive technologies in social and healthcare services.

Activities

1. Regional context analysis;
2. Exchange of experience in identifying ICT tools in the field of social and healthcare services;
3. Exhibition of proposals for improving policy in the respective field;
4. Development of guidelines for the implementation of technical standards;
5. Monitoring of policy improvement.

Policy document improvements in partner regions.
